1. About Us
Castle Street Co. is a coworking space operated by Greg Keegan. By booking a day pass or monthly membership you agree to these terms. If you have questions, contact us at hey@castlestreet.co.
2. Services
We offer two booking types:
- Day Pass — single-day access to the shared workspace.
- Monthly Membership — recurring subscription with unlimited weekday access, wifi, printing, and scanning.
Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. There is no weekend or out-of-hours access. Tea and coffee are available via an honesty box system.
3. Booking & Payment
All bookings are made online and paid in GBP via Stripe. Day passes are charged at the time of booking. Monthly memberships are charged on a recurring basis. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if the space is unavailable.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel and receive a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before the booking date. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking date are non-refundable.
Monthly membership payments are non-refundable. To cancel your membership you must give at least 7 days' written notice before the next renewal date. Once cancelled, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are given for partial months.
5. Access & Conduct
Members must follow our Code of Conduct. We may revoke access at any time for breach of these terms, disruptive behaviour, or non-payment.
6. Your Belongings
Castle Street Co. is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Do not leave valuables unattended.
7. Liability
We are not liable for business losses arising from service interruptions (including wifi outages). Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking or membership period. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes affecting memberships we will give at least 14 days' notice by email.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
